 Rajaee Cardiovascular Medical & Research Centre (www.rhc.ac.ir) is the oldest and main cardiac surgery and cardiology Centre in Iran. It has over 400 beds and is only dedicated to heart diseases. Over 3500 cardiac surgery procedures are performed annually at this Centre which is a tertiary referral Centre for cardiac surgery in Iran. The full spectrum of cardiac surgery procedures is performed in this hospital including coronary revascularization (both on & off pump), valvular procedures, aortic surgery and full range of congenital heart surgery.
